Help with Size Please! Pic of sofem of pre-op.

With my surgeon consultation I feel it was very quick and rushed and the size was chosen pretty quickly – I chose 410CC. I’m 36B now but I am currently in the process of going to the gym, shedding fat and toning up so I can imagine in 4 weeks time I may have lost more fat and possibly some off my chest. I was looking at bras today and I definitely like the look of being a 36F or at least a 36E. Is it too late to change the size? If not, how do I go about it?

I have a pre-op pic on SoFem if you’d like to take a look and tell me whether a 410CC could take me up to an F or not?

hi hun, i was also a small 36B before my ba, and i had 380cc high profile overs and now wear 36DD (la senza) or 34E (M&S)

It is so difficult to decide what size to go for, but i would think 410cc would get you to a 36DD / E but this is going by my results, and everyone seems different.

Were you offered 460cc as well or was 410cc the highest recommended? (I could have had up to 460cc) Have a chat with your pc or arrange another consultation with your surgeon. You can order both sizes for the day, and let the surgeon chose for you.

i would deffo go for the 460’s, i had 410 and 460 implants, i had to have two different sizes to make them both the same size, and i dont even feel big at all. I will try upload some pics and send them x

I was 32a and now 32dd/e after 410 unders so if your a b already it should be enough!xx

Hi Sweetauthority……….. I think go for 460 if you have enough breast tissue to allow this size … I had 460 today and they seem huge at mo but think I’ll end up about an E/ F cup after swelling…(Have a look at my before pics on sofem KrysieMum password: boobs

My boobs were bigger than yours to start with (about a c cup) but a similar round shape and they look great at the mo ! I’m hopefully tomorrow going to take more pics of my new boobs and out them on sofem … This might help you

Which surgeon did you have by the way? You can always get a second opinion

The cc’s (and this is only what I have read, so it’s generally speaking) 150cc is equal to 1 cup size. Although everone is different so size isn’t guaranteed. I’m 34b now, going with 525 overs. Expect to go up around 3 cup sizes I think??

Thanks so so much KrysieMum… that’s definitely helped me with my choice, defo going for 460cc now! Was yours overs or unders? Because I’m having partials. I’m not sure of the surgeon’s name (terrible with names lol) but I’m actually doing it with Transform and off to Manchester for it. I hope you’re happy with your results

am 38 B/C now and having 410 and 380 to even me up….plus nipple lift on one side….am told I should got to DD or E xx

Hi, I had mine overs (had no choice because Dr said I had quite a lot of breast tissue so had to have overs) ……. If you read posts on this forum u will get more of an idea what you get with overs and unders, that’s how i worked it out, ha ha.. I’m very happy with results xxx
