    Hey :)

    I hope everyone is well

    I’m 5’6″ & weigh 10st/63kg,t I have a fairly small frame but broad shoulders

I lost 4.5st a few years ago so went from a 34F to a 34C/D depending on where I buy my bras from

I am looking to have high profile round implants as I want that dome shape & visable clevage but am completely stumped in the sizing, I would preferably like to go back to the size I was

I may possibly need a small lift as well but there is plenty of skin & tissue from being so big before

Any advice would be fab, I’m in for my initial consultation on Thursday

    Thanks

Ooooo…..I’m slightly baffled by unders or overs tbh??

I obviously want maximum effect with my new boobs so have heard overs are best for this but I also don’t want them to sag quicker in years to come so have heard unders are best for this…..

My PC told me the whole sagging thing is a myth – unders and overs and naturals all sag regardless. If you go VERY big obviously this may happen quicker, but under or over shouldn’t affect it. Unders have less risk associated with them in terms of rippling, CC etc, but overs tend to look a little bigger, and if there is enough breast tissue your surgeon will probably suggest this. I’m the same size as you, except my boobs were smaller (34B), i had 380cc unders and although i haven’t been measured yet i certainly don’t *look* more than a C/ D in clothes. Apparently there is about 150 – 190cc’s to a *cup size*, so maybe you’d need around 300 – 350cc overs to achieve an F? Oh, and as fakies look smaller than their natural counterparts, if you want to LOOK an F, you should tell the surgeon you”re aiming for around a G cup.

They will discuss most of this at your consult on Thurs, but the surgeon is really the best one to tell you. Mr. K took one look at me, and with a few measurements he could suggest 2 sizes that would suit. Good luck xx
