Help with sports bras please…

I have my op in 11 days and have already bought a macom but want a few sports bras as well obvs to be able to wash them etc…which one would you recommend and what size do u think i should get…i am a 34a and having 415 trx overs if he can fit them in if not 385s, any suggestions on bra and size would be fab xx

the tesco high impact sports bras are the comfiest and most supportive ones i’ve found. and great value for money too! :)i had 340cc unders from a 32a/b and im in a 34DD so you would need a few sizes bigger im guessing xx

oo and go up a back size (36 for you) for swelling and so they dont run your incisions!

I’m at the stage where I need to get a bra and I’ve got no idea what size to get!! surgeon was unable to say what size I’ll be going up to (I’m a 32b having 340cc overs) everyone ends up diff sizes aswell so it’s really hard to tell! lol xx

M&S zip up sports bras. The comfiest thing I own. I’m 7 weeks PO now and still wear mine every night in bed and when I’m lounging around in the house xx

I was looking at those ginag…i might get one of each, always good to have it off recomendation tho!

No idea to be honest, I haven’t had my surgeons check up yet, so I’ll ask him when I do. To be honest, since my op, I don’t like the feeling when I’m braless, I feel like I need that support all the time now at night. The only time I sit braless is when I’ve put fake tan on and I’m waiting all day for it to develop lol. Apart fom that I’m always in my sports bra or norml bra if I’m going out xx

I hate going braless in the day, even around th house but hate sleepingg with bra on lol but after 6 weeks i am sure i will get ised to it and expect like u i will miss the support xx
