Hiya uve seen my surgeon today for the second time Mr Mounir as I’ve lost some weight so wanted to get re consulted .
1/. Always see surgeon again before op if u lose or gain weight.
He previously recommended high to file but as I’m using more recommended UHP as less change off rippling .
2/. Check with surgeon about nails . I have gel ones and he says I’ll be fine raving them on as they can monitor your oxygen levels on your ear or toes. He reassured me definitely won’t have op cancelled leaving them on.

3/ Try in implants a second time as you’ll be surprised how you change your mind …,early boob greed .
4/ When you try implants in take pics to look back on . Surgeons recommendation . Also take pics with your shirt over so u have idea how you look in clothes.
5/. Use this forum as much as you can itd
