Helpppp my chest is so spotty

Hiya ladies,

Since my op my chest and cleavage is so spotty. It’s like I’ve developed acne on my boobs and it’s awful. At first I put it down to the fact I hadn’t been washing properly and wearing the sweaty breast band for 2 weeks but I’m 4 weeks po tomorrow and I’ve been showering for 12 days. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem or if anyone could recommend anything. Im using sanex shower gel because I don’t want to risk anything harsh running onto my incisions. Helpppppppp please haha xx

I had this too and got so self conscious about it! Honestly though when you start showering they go?

Your skin will be going through many changes Hun stretching etc I’m sure it will sort it’s self out my skin was peeling on my boobs but it soon pasted x

Happened to me exactly the same. Its very annoying u know. It all gone now at 6 weeks po. Don’t worry about your skin have been wrapped with bandages that’s why you have these spots

I had tiny little spots too! I thought it was just me. Maybe it is from wearing the sports bras all the time too x

Eww I have this too it’s so annoying! Mine are quite itchy too which is doing my head in! I’m dying to use a body scrub on my chest to get rid… But I know I can’t as it might run into my insisions and also I can’t scrub as hard as I would like anyway!

I’ve been putting E45 cream on of a night to help stop the irritation but it’s definitely worn off over the weeks x

I have this at the moment as well! really annoying and they get really itchy, I have been putting holika holika pure aloe vera gel on and it seems to have made them go down & less red!xx

I had it really bad too. I’m around 7 weeks post op now and my skin has finally returned to normal, apart from a couple. Before I was covered and was too embarrassed to wear clothing that showed my chest. Oh and my back where the bras sat was really bad too.

Mine is the same I’m 2 weeks post op today. It’s will be down to not being able to wash properly and your pores being blocked. Now that I’m allowed to shower properly should t be long before they clear. Xxx

Mine was like that and it tuns out I’m allergic to the bras, I have to wash them with a flannel morning and night then stick tissue in my cleavage and around the sides until I hit 6 weeks 🙁
