wat about getting an uplift first? I dont sound anything like your breast shape but would’nt it make more sense to have an uplift first? you never know you might be happy with how they look after an uplift and end-up not gettin a BA lol ignore me if I don’t make any sense……I’m no expert on the matter lol!

i am 3 weeks post op, mr clarke (transform) was my surgeon and i have had an uplift and enlargement at the same time. Best decision i have ever made. what a brilliant job, i know there will be scaring but this will fad in time. the operation is just so neat and my boobs look fantastic. Mr clarke listened to what i wanted and gave me proper advise, listen to him, i would recommend him every time. just cannt stop looking at them lol or touching them. good luck xx

are you seeing the surgeon, he will go through everything. just know in your mind what you are looking for and say, he will give you good advise and tell you if it can be achieved. i knew what i wanted and he listened, told me what size would be possible, couldnt go to big because i was having uplift too, and we didnt finalise the final size until day of surgery, cause i then went to the largest he said was possible lol. good decision, it is confusing but too much knowledge is not too much, if that makes sense, good luck x
