help!!regarding breast implants mr kazzazi

hi i have had a consultationj with my co ordinater i have booked to see my surgion mr kazzazi next week does anyone know anything about him and also im a small 34a and would like to be a large c or small d do u have any ideas of the size i will need im size 8 in clothes ps new to this thanks

hi, welcome…I had Dr K 13 weeks ago I had 410 unders…was 34a..size 8….now 34e..x and Mr K is luvverly hun..

I had my BA with Dr. Kazzazi 4 & 1/2 months ago at Doncaster. I had 380cc under the muscle CUI HP implants and went from a 32b to a 32ff lol!! I’d say I now look about a D cup (fake breasts measure much bigger than they actually look). Mr. K is absolutely wonderful – friendly, reassuring, knows his stuff, 100% honest and upfront, and he point blank WILL NOT give you a size or look that he doesn’t think will suit you, so if you’re looking to go very natural he’s the man He’s also one of MYA’s directors so he’s not just a surgeon. He’s very well known and regarded as a specialist in reconstruction surgery too so he knows exactly what looks good.

In terms of what implant size you will need, no one can tell you that as it depends on your size currently, your breast tissue, and your frame. For example I’ve known other girls with the same size implant as me who have come out smaller. Once you have seen Mr. K and he has spoken to you and measured you, he will suggest the size(s) he thinks will achieve the look you are going for.

He did my boobs last Sunday. My mum has worked in surgery as a nurse for years and she was as impressed as I was. He is old school, man of few words but knows what he is talking about. When I asked for teardrop implants he told me straight that they would not suit my figure. Don’t be put off by his straight talking personality.

I cannot rate him high enough he is fab!

i’m having my implants done with Mr Kazzazi next friday. i’m a 36A weigh 8stone 6 and am 5’4. i breast fed and have broken breast tissue, so having unders and max he could give me is 340cc High profile. He said i may get some rippling under the breast because of the broken tissue.

I think you’ll find with Mr Kazzazi, and as many others may say; hes a straight up bloke. no beating about the bush and what he says it usually it!! there isn’t much you could question him. But, he will be honest with you.

I’m expected to be a “full C” cup. (like a D)… he said whatever i get measured at, it isn’t accurate. As mentioned above, fake boobs measure bigger (especially the high profile) as they stick off the body more (from what i have read)…

i think with Mr K, you dont get alot of choice. But my PC was good… she was like “you happy with what he said as what he says usually goes” lol… but so far so happy.

aww thanks so much for the help wish i was having surgery soon lol soo excited also scared at the same time lol.i jst feel like i still have lots of questions to ask lol.i have been told to go for the biggest size offered because of them weighing more and looking smaller so i guess i need to speach to him i want to be like a high c or maybe a small d im also a size 8 and a 34a i jst dnt want to scream out woo hoo look at me i have big fake boobies haha but yess i have heard he makes them look very natural so not sure what im worried about haha.thanks for the help and good luck charlottepink

He did my op 5 months ago, wouldnt have changed my surgeon for thr world, thrilled with my results. I had 460 unders from a 34b xx

hey i had mr K six weeks ago, he was great, he just knows what boobs will suit you, all his boobs seem to fit perfectly, i had 300 unders from a tiny A, im a DD now, im 5’4, 7st, good luck xxx

I had mr k on Friday. I had to have two different size implants due to a protruding chest bone on one side. I was worried but trusted mr k and he has done me proud so far. Trust him with the size, he knows best and he is the expert – if you tell him clearly what you want. Man of few words is a great way to describe him, but what he does say is honest and to the point!
