Help!!What size should I go for?? Soo confused

Hi Girls

I really need help. I am 5 ft 5inch, 9.5 stone and a size 8-10 with a bra size 32-34b. I want to be a size 34 DD. What does this translate to in the implant size? A friend of mine says that implant sizes never translate to real boob sizes if that makes sense. Also, whats the difference between over and unders and which is best? As you can tell I am an amateur. Really appreciate your help

Hello! Your surgeon will tell your best implant size to go for!!! Overs means they just slice the skin and place the implant over the muscle and unders is a little more invasive as they have to go under the muscle. Unders are for girls with very little breast tissue cos if they go over the implant will be very visible an wont settle. I have my op on 5th oct and have been told I have to have unders. I have chosen the natrelle implant. Hope this helps x

Don’t worry. Your surgeon will advise everything. What I wanted I was not allowed so they will tell you. Your implant size will depend on how much boobie you got to begin with x

Implants always measure bigger then they look as they have a wider base and more projection then natural boobs, so ask to ‘look’ a size, not just measure it.

As above about placement (overs vs unders) both offer a natural look though, you also get different projections (different ranges offer different ones), so a full projection will be more in your face then a very natural look, low profile would be best for that. You can get round or tear drop implants, but tear drops can cause more issues (turning over and flipping upside down)

Every girl is different, but they generally say 150cc is a cup size, but this doesn’t work for every girl. I had 380’s from a 32a (never measured) now a 28g/30ff but wear a 32f/ff depending on where I buy the bra, some girls have only gone to a DD with the same stats (I’m trying to say don’t judge yourself on another girl)

Thanks love-when I went to the hospital group they recommended 400….but said i could get bigger if i wanted..didnt realise they wouldnt ‘allow’ you a size..

Because implants measure bigger, you could measure a DD but only look a C cup.

I only look a C cup at present despite measuring so big, I originally asked to be a D, and was offered 300/340/380, but I rang back and said id like to look a D after reading on here about them measuring bigger xx

Yea, it’s your money, and your body. Obviously your surgeon will say whether its possible, but usually, if your sensible, getting what you would like isn’t an issue xx

You sound a similar size and build to me and i want to be d/dd too! I was told that 320cc was like two cup sizes but to me they look small. Just like you i want to get it right first time x
