herbal cigerettes

Hello ladies does anyone know if we can smoke holland and barrets herbal cigerettes ? Which have no tobacco or nicotine in ? X

hi babe i rekon they shud be fine as i was told its mainly the nicotine ya gotta cut out. as does thin ya blood but also i am gunna go down to holland and baret and get some lol do they sell em in shop or online. x

ya not suppose to take any herbal remedies 2week b4 n 2week afta so i wundnt advise it x

I have been to Holland and Baratt today to get some and apparently these are not recommended prior to an operation which is very disapointing. I am now without Vino, ciggerettes, my vitamins and contraceptive pill for about a month, but thankfully I know it will all be worth it… good luck ladies x

I smoked 15 a day pre and post op – I am 9 1/2 weeks post op and healed without any probs x
