    Hey girlies,

There is absolutely no problem with you sleeping on your front, it will not damage or mis shape your boobs. They are meant to be treated like normal boobs.

The macom bras are not really needed as they don’t do much for your boobs, you can wear them if u want but they are not essential.

He mentioned about v pillows not really being useful or needed.

You can sunbathe topless but you will need to put extra suncream on, it wont effect your implants or anything.

My surgeon was Dr Adamo, hope this info helps xxx

Think the not exposing to the sun is more for reducing scarring than for damage to implants.

V pillow might not be needed but it’s definitely useful. It’s incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on your side after the op, and after a few nights it gets annoying and painful to sleep propped up, so the V pillow allows you to roll slightly to one side without squashing anything, or to have your head & back slightly higher than the pillow when lying flat. COuld not have done without mine xx

Can you tell me how to use the v pillow. My hub bought me one today:)

    Menu

Just use it as a pillow when you sleep or on the sofa when you’re relaxing. Turn it upside down so your shoulders are in the crook of it :)

I love my macom, esp for sleeping in. Secures them nicely. Plus supports them in sport.

The V pillow is fab, for the sake of £7.99, i would highly recommend, Of course its not a essential, most things are personal choice. It helps you sleep more upright then normal pillows.

I would never expose my scars to the sun in the 1st year, Its not worth it, Sun block them ladies. xx

My V pillow has been a god send – in fact i bought two from poundstretcher nad put them under my boobs so can slep on my side. Macom…. hmmmm think the tesco high impact sports bra at £6 is much better but still have my Macom as its comfy.

Does Dr C use dressings over the wound/scars? I did not think u could get these wet for 7 days x

hi so what would you wear instead of a macom? nothing or a normal support bra? xxxx

Cuks – yes Mr C uses dressings and yes I’ve been told not to get them wet. I

Had my uplift/implants on tuesday. Having my first check up with nurse tomorrow where I suppose they will take off or change the dressings!
