yes there was quite a few if your not bothered with colour. If he isnt sure which to get he can always ask the ladies in debenhams im sure they will be able to help him.

Have you not checked out the tesco/asda range, ive heard they are quite good and are cheap too. Im going to get a few for the first couple of weeks, then move on to the shock absorber ones when i start back exercising. I may treat myself to a tickled pink one sooner though :bigsmile:

Hi Jojo wer there many different sports bras to choose from in there? My boyfriends going to get me one today, mines a bit too tight, i’m only 3 days post op so hardly worn one yet, just want to gve him an idea what to get. Think i’ll have to go for one slightly bigger around the back for now x x

you can get pink sports bras from a few places. I went shopping last night and Debenhams are now selling the shock absorber ones (tickled pink) they are really nice and are also shock protection number 4 which is the best you can get (if you do any sports this would be the best)

go onto google shopping and put in pink sports bra ( if you have enough time to order online) there is lots on there!

yes tesco’s do them, thety dont have a large selection though so make sure he has a good hunt around, and ask if he cant find them.

ive just read through the whole of this post (wow long read) im in for my op on monday and i am extremly nervous, but cant wait at the same time.
Defo going to go and buy a few different sizes of sports bra today after reading the post, prob over the top but i think this is the only way i will stay calm.

CONGRATULATIONS hun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo happy for you!! It’s such an amazing feeling isn’t it!!! haha! My left boob was bigger and higher than my right boob, but now after 3 weeks they are totally even! When I asked Mr Adamo about massaging them, he said that I didn’t need to do this (much to my bf disappointment!!haha) Also I have not worn a sports bra since day 2!!! I feel so much better without one! I’ve just been wearing nipple covers to stop my nipple showing through my clothes, but cannot wait to wear bras though, I have seen some gorgeous ones around!!!!!!

congrats sara how exciting. i want myn to come round qwikly now. if ur bra too tight get a bigger one and i no mr adamo sed u dont have to wear one but i have two ppl in my family who have had BA’s and say def wear a bra as uch as poss for first 6 weeks otherwise u will get bad stretch marks as they will drop qwiker. can u pls pm e ur password on sofem would love to c them, im soo happy for u!!

ive brought 2 from tesco one 36DD and one 34E but they basically fit now give or tab a tiny bit of sag, do they def stretch to fit comfy? xx

oh and yes i gended up getting mine from tescos aswell hun, not bad at all for

some people had the same problems, make sure you type the username in the member bit and not the login bit…it should work fine, i’m just in the middle of uploading a few more of tonight x x

I got my sports bras from asda, but they were SOOOOO uncomfy, so I bought a couple from Tescos and my word they were soooo much better, but saying that I have only worn a sports bra about 3 times in the last 3.5 weeks of having them done, I’ve been bra-less, which is really comfy!! My boobs have softened so much, and have dropped too!

Hey hun, dont know if you’ve read the post i put on this morn, but worth a read…i wouldnt advise going out, but see how you feel…i’m 5 days post op now and went for a walk to the local shop this morn, by myself, thought i’d be fine, anyway i couldnt breathe properly, my chest was really tight and i got really worried…phone my boyfriend and asked him to stay on phone to me till i got home, anyway…ended up phoning the nurse cos i just didnt feel right, she said it souned like a panic attack, i think it was one said i’ve prob pushed myself too soon and need to rest more, so you prob wont feel up to going out the next day hun x x

Yeahhhhh for boobies, and hip hip hooray for Mr Adamo. Saw him this afternoon, and he’s given me the all clear to wear what i want, and he’s really happy with my scars xx

Apparaently it takes longer to recover with having overs, but hopefully shouldnt be alot more painful, so try not to worry, you’ll love them when they are done ;~) glad you manged to get onto the pics. Any questions, just ask x x

Hiya hun when are you having yours done and who with? I was a 32/34a/b, different sizes, had 380 and 410 overs, at mo i’m wearing a 36dd sports bra, i bought a 34dd but it felt a touch too tight, obviously cos of the swelling…

I am very tender but its worth it, i hope! haha am pleased already and only 3 days post op! I’m going to send you an email now x x

Thats how i felt hun, everyone on here is great and its so nice to be able to talk to people about your worries, emotions etc…if you have any questions just ask…def worth gettin a couple of different sizes though, wish i had, mines just to tight and uncomfortable, as much as i love it! lol so fingers crossed i’ll be able to get another one today x x

Chelsea…i have swelling all over, and they are quite high, especially my left one, that seems the most painful aswell. Ive only got 1 sports bra at mo, 34dd but have just taken it off again, feels as though its too tight but not sure. Am in a bit of discomfort at mo, prob more now than since the op…just taken some tabs, i’ll see if it eases x x

hi hun i no im worried too i dont no if my bra isnt tight enough? the nurse said it was fine. a nice fit and that most people get them too small but my boobs arent high but more facing out wards?? i have alot of sweeling all around but im not massaging as its sore but i here you can do? not sure how? do you have swelling arond yours ribs? xx
