Hey love. I bought a post surgery bra from M&S. It say’s its 20pounds but they are tax free, so it was actually 16quid. It’s super soft and made for women who have breast surgery, so the parts that are resting on your scars are comfy. I recommend.

I got two from m&s and 2 from primark…I found all uncomfortable on incisions and sensitive nipples so braless it is ….healing very well without any breast band or sports bra etc occasionally wear a sports bra for a few hours but was told I didn’t have to by my surgeon ,nurse and pc

I’m 22 days post op….didn’t find a bra that useful to be honest

I got 2 macoms and 3 from M & S; one is a sports bra and the other two are post surgery bra’s, mainly for ladies who’ve had re constructive work but I’m finding them so comfortable and they give a bit of cleavage too! xx
