I was back in the gym at 4 weeks, jogging,cycling etc I felt fine,you should go along and give it a go and if it feels to much stop, I took my time in the gym then worked myself up to what I was pre opp, weights harder cardio etc xx
Hi roxy id say bout 3 weeks, I made sure I kept active everyday after my opp think that helped too, I aslo used my mini stepper at 3 weeks for 30 min a day xx
God l been doing my davina dvd well a section of legs no weights and my legs were burning in agony. l am 4 weeks post op. l so miss doing my proper classes x
