Hi girls had my op yesterday was just wondering…

If your allowed to take your sports bra off for a breather everyday as mines so tight and uncomfy and till i buy a bigger size ? Cheers for all your help along the way girls you was all really helpful xx

How u feeling hun? I had mine yesterday aswell n I’m having an overnight stay I cnt sleep because I was on nights at the weekend but I havnt got any pain…u pleased with ur results? X

Yeh I’m pleased just very uncomfortable lol when I’m laying seated I’m fine but as soon as I lean forward it hurts lol also if I move too fast I feel like a lil gushing sound from where the drains was, obviously ahe didn’t stitch that bit up so I’m just hoping its all normal lol how about you? Xx

Also on my notes thing it said I had 410 mhp, what’s mhp as I thought I was having high profile xx

I’m guessing Mhp is medium high profile hun maybe he couldn’t fit the high profiles in? Id ask him at ur next appointment see what he says, mine just feel bit heavy n tight when I move like yours I’m finding it hard to shuffle out of bed lol feel like a right old granny! just had my bandages off n put my bra on thought is wasn’t going to fit at 1st I just hope its comfy what post op bra have u got? X

Had m&s zip front one but its too small so mums gonna get me a bigger size today, ATM I’m wearing an asda one and its so tight it’s pushing on my inscisions I can’t wait to take it off and breathe! Lol do u know when i could take these stockings off and also when we can start massaging them (obviously not the stitched area just the boob) with cocoa butter to prevent stretch marks ? What bra you got? Xx

I’ve got the m &s zip front 1 on , I think u can start straight away just keep ur incisions dry I put a lil bit on the top this morning, not sure about the stockings tho I’m guessing a few days but il ask the nurse before I leave n let u know x

My nurse said to leave the stocking on untill I was mobile and from 5 days I took my bra off for a couple of hrs, surgeon said 2 weeks after for massaging and bio oil, all though I rubbed bio oil on top and in clevage from 6 days just enough to take the dryness away. I used asda and tesco ports bras. Hope ur both healing well x x

Happy healing I took my sports bra off for a while every day as I had the breast band as well I never wore the stockings when I came out left them at the hospital x x

Nurse said we can take them off now but wash them and keep them for the aeroplane if ur going on holiday this year x
