Hi girls!advice please

Hey,im going in for my consultation on Friday in Manchester i currently have 34 empty C/D ,although in a push up padded bra they look ok just so droopy when i take it off after breast feeding both my children now 1 and 4 iv been dying for a boob op since i stopped around 10month ago, i used to have 32F which went up to a G when pregnant i miss my big boos so much what do you think i need to go for and i want them to look natural but with a nice cleavage?

sonds like me he offered me 420cc but i want 460 xxxxxx

I had 685 cc in October. Got an f cup now. No stretch marks as filled the saggy boobs I had. X

I the same as u Hun I’m having 350cc and nipple lift to take me to a dd/e x
