high, low or medium profile?

I want to achieve a natural look but also want to go from a not so full 32b to a full 32dd. i know implants measure bigger than they look so i definately want to look a 32dd and measure a little bigger but i dont want them to look fake. which profile would people suggest? xxx

Will be totally down to your surgeon its not something u can be advised on as it takes into consideration your chest dimensions, space between boobs, chest wall etc. For smaller frames a higher profile is normally opted for as you can then fit in a higher volume, but there is really no telling only your surgeon will know im afraid xxx
