High medium profile???

Had my pre op 2day. The nurse cudnt read my surgeons notes on my file. She thought he had written down high medium/medium high? Im not sure if thats the case. Whats the difference between high profile and medium? Any1 with any pics wud be helpful. Thanks x

I didn’t think mya did medium….. I thought they only did high and low?
