High or low profile?!

I’m a lil confused and wondered If anyone can help?

What’s the difference between high/low profile?

Does high mean they’re under your chin and low means nearer your belly?

No Hun, it’s the forward projection of them, low profile has a wider footprint and less forward projection and hghs are narrower and more forward.
