Highgate daycase… where did you stay??

Hi im going day case in October at Highgate, I live in Swindon so will have to stay near by.

Any recomendations? Also was it scary leaving the hosp the day of the op?

I’m a day case at end of January, coming from Cardiff!! I have looked online and the cheapest I could find near to the hospital (3 miles away) was the comfort hotel, finchley.

One night worked out about £65 for a double room.

Exactly, plus my other half is coming with me and there is no way I would stay overnight in a hospital without him there!! at least at a hotel you can be with someone – plus it’s all outside the congestion charge zone woop!!

Im 4th October with MR C! yeah my hubby is coming too and id rather stay with him.

Im soo condused about sizes tho- im wanting as natural as poss so MR C said 340cc overs from 32b but ive seen comments saying ill only get to a C cup, and my nurse said sounds like a C cup, and secretly im thinking mmmm shall i go 380 just a little bigger cnt look that much more unnatural- whats your stats? and what size implants u having? xx

I’m a 34A atm but am having 340hp unders, i tried rice boobies last night and my bf nearly fell off the chair! haha and I answered the door to his friend with them in and he was like, hmmm there’s something different about you, have you had your haircut? lol

As I have quite a small frame they look quite big, but I asked for natural looking as well they do fit my proportions and I know they are a rough guide but you should try both in rice boobies and see which you prefer xx

Yeah I did rice boobies with 380 and thought they were great! Cant believe what a difference they make! Its just so hard as every one is so different, ive seen people same sizes before but 300cc overs make them after look completely different.

Think id just be really gutted waking up with only 1 size bigger after spending so much money lol xx

I know what you mean, it’s a lot of money to spend to not be happy with it, just take some time to think it over, and you’ll make the right decision I’m sure xx

Hi Lisa, all I can say is don’t stay in holiday inn golders green!! We stayed there a couple of weeks ago and were kept awake all night both nights by pneaumatic drills and road works, was awful. Also they shut the water off in the hotel for 4 hours without notifying us and we had to buy a 3.00 bottle of mineral water to fill our kettle up! Our room wasn’t cleaned, no fresh towels, staff were rude and one of the ladies who was sorting out the breakfast pushed into me and knocked my new Boobs ( and didn’t apologise!). Sorry bit of a rant, but reality pissed me off!! Xx

Think we were just unlucky, but didn’t get the rest I needed so was a bit pissed off with them. We asked them about the complaints procedure and the receptionist said “don’t know, but you don’t need to complain anyway”!! Xx

Hi girls, about to book the hotel, looking at : Hendon Hall hotel, it says its 8 miles away from highgate, is that pretty far?? Or should i just go for one close? was tryin to find somewhere nice, that one has a swimming pool, thought i could keep my partner out the way while i rest in bed lol. his not happy im getting single beds either!! i dont want him accidently punchin my boobs or kicking me in the night lol!

Henden is abit far hun, but i know that hotel is lovely. Ive got two double beds and im having one all to myself. The other half will have the other. lol xx

Hello. I stayed at the raglan and it was close. Paid with my tesco vouchers so didn’t really have to pay anything. U have to stay two nights with tesco, if u do it that way. Xx

I stayed at the holiday inn elstree it’s 15 miles from hospital but really nice and has swimming pool etc I think you have to be less than 20 mins from hospital and this was about right. Xx

I booked the Premier Inn which I always find very clean for my BA in Oct. It was £49 and is literally rob the corner from highgate. I think its just the Heath separating them x
