Highgate facilities

Hi guys, im going to Highgate on TUESDAY ahhh! So excited!
Just wondered if they have wireless and will I have to bring my own towels and soap and stuff or is it provided?

Do I have to sleep upright for ten days?! And one other thing, are you supposed to wear the sport bra over the bandages? xx

Hi i was at highgate nearly 5 wks ago. Not sure about wireless but they have towels but u will need 2 bring soap and flannels etc. Yeah u do have 2 sleep upright for 10 days, but u wont want to sleep flat as it will b uncomfortable to do that at first anyway. I found a v cushion a god send got mine from Argos

Yeah i would Kirsty i put a normal pillow in the middle of the v bit 2 stop me from sliding down. Also i put a normal pillow under my knees which seemed to take the pressure off my bum, cus it started to go numb lol. xx
