Hmmm not sure what to do…

Am I ok to not wear a supportive bra for a bit? My macom feels sooooooo tight! And my sports bra is the same. They just hurt!! My boobs feel proper squashed in! Feels so much better without wearing either bra! Do u think I’ll be ok without one on for a bit? Can’t sleep with my Macom done up, and my sports bra doesnt support them as such. Just squashes! xx

Hey, I had same prob with bra being to tight as sizing was diffret from when I had pre op. Try and bare it a little longer if poss for the maximum support xx

try getting a bigger size maybes hun?! i have mine just dangling free with a band on, which was all i was told to wear, so it obv is ok to have some dangling, but i think it depends on what you had and who with xx

My Macom is defo the right size. It seems like everyday it gets more painful! I think I’m just gona take it off for a bit xx

I have found the asda cheapy bras to be really comfortable. Give them a try for £4 u can’t be robbed lol! x

i had the same problem with mine and found it better leaving it undone whilst sleeping and kept it on in the day. my surgeon said i didnt have to wear one if i didnt want to xx

I might just go without at night then. Driving me mad! xx
