holidays advice wanted???

I HAD MY OP DONE 2 WEEKS AGO AND MY PARTNER AND HIS SON ARE GOING ON HOLIDAY AT THE END OF AUGUST TO TENERIFE BUT I HAVE SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST AT MYA AND BEEN TOLD ITS NOT ADVISEABLE TO GO AWAY BEFORE IVE SEEN THE NURSE AT MY 6 WEEK CHECK UP I WILL BE 5 WEEKS PO WHEN MY PARTNER GOES AWAY AND I DIDNT WANT TO STAY AT HOME

ANY ADVICE AND HAVE ANY OTHERS GONE AWAY B4 THERE 6 WEEK CHECK UP? IS THERE ALSO RESTRICTION ABOUT GOING INTO POOLS AND THE SEA??? I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP MY SPORTS BRA ON IF I DID DECIDE TO GO AWAY XX

hia rose i went away for a long weekend to portugal about 2/3 weeks after ba i couldnt go anywhere near the pool or sea when i went out in the night i wore very tight dresses without a bra knowing that it was only for a couple of hours plus i had the support of my tight dress, i wore a sports bra at night and as soon as i was inside our room. i did weat a bikini but it was a supportive one, i really enjoyed didnt really do my head in not going in the pool but if i were going for longer perhaps i would have been more careful i.e sports bra when i went out etc, i would just like to mention that i had my ba about 7 weeks ago but i had a haematoma which resulted in them taking one implant out and replaceing it and that happened two weeks after the initial op so basically one of my boobs were bout 5 weeks old and the other was bout 3, i went to see mario and he said it should be fine but be careful so id advise you just to double check with your nurse so they can see how your healing have a fab time x x

thanks for the advice i have spoke to the nurse she said she would like to see me before i go abroad but it dosent seem right that my partner and step son going without me lol , they are gonna be going to the water park so not sure what i going to do if i do go and also its going to be mega hot out there and i do burn easily in the sun so maybe i shud just stay at home xx

Imj going away 6 weeks PO hopign to see the nurse before i go although i havent had my appontment!! i told the surgeon when i had my consultation and he said i should be fine !! just avoid water !! but i normally only just dip anyway so will only go up to my knees!!

ohhhh noooo dont stay at home at the water park you can huat enjoy the sun and use it as a good excuse for your hubby to do all the work i sat at the side of the pool and dangled my feet in just be careful of splashes not that a splash would do much but DO NOT STAY AT HOME there is no need you will be fine just dont go trying to carry any heavy things apart from a nice juicy cocktail i found my bikini in la senza its a halter neck style with quite thick straps and no padding very bright but it was the best option i could find for support without being totally minging lol x x

doh i meant to say “nice thick straps with no underwire” it has got slight padding x x x u be mad not to go

Just make sure you wear loads of sun block hun, you will only regret not going xx
