Honest pleasee

can some one please tell me what it is honestly like being put to sleep im having a heart attack over it so scared:(

before you know it your waking up hun, all i remember is chatting to the anaesthetist bout my job next thing i was waking up, its not scary at all xx

i keep thinking im going to wake up during the op or never wake up haha, thank u tho xx

I’ve been put to sleep twice and it’s the strangest feeling, I remember someone telling me to count to ten slowly and I literally never even remember saying 1! lol try not to be nervous, imagine it as a peaceful lovely deep sleep xx

i didnt even get chance to resist it cause i was gunna try lol! they put the “sleeping stuff” in my hand and he said it may feel like youve had a few wines.. to whch i said “oh yeah its alright is this!!” then waking back up again with boobies! x

all i remember is thinkin omg… then sayin ooooo that feels so odd… really really odd… looked at the lights then woke up in recovery lol it feels like a cold rush goin up ur arm its a strange feelin n that was my first time gettin put to sleep, nothin to worry about at all hun xx

going to sound weird but i LOVE needles love the injections love the feeling of the stuff going in your arm haha! was just worried about not waking up and shit like that, abit silly really but thanks for the comment back xx

i was worried about that bit, but as above i remember him asking about job and my arm going numb thats it… was waiting for him to ask me to count didnt get that far….lol, next thing u wake up with boobies… yay x

For me, I got under the covers, they put some numbing stuff on my hand, injection went in, gas mask on, could feel the cold stuff in my arm, then my neck went a bit stiff and then I was out! x

Haha Laura he said to me tell me wen u feel like you’ve had 1or 2 wines, I said I feel like I’ve had 1 or 2 bottles, then I was waking up in recovery!

I was very nervous about being put to sleep but it happens so fast you don’t even think about it x

The worst thing for me was the sore throat afterwards! I remember waking up and making these awful choking/snorting noises- I’m hoping it was cos they were taking the tube out! God, I must’ve looked horrific! x

Best part of any surgery (BA included) is the anesthetic… I love doing my best to fight the sleepy feeling. Was all set and was even having a laugh with my anestitist and his assistant telling him im gonna do my best to fight it. I vaguely remember him saying ok do your best now and ..zzZzz zz ZZ zzzz zZZzz

I think he gave me an overdose of the stuff coz I can’t even remember getting to think to myself “ooh ok im about to go asleep now” like before!!!

I do love a good challenge in life and beating the anesthetic powers would have been cool!! lol

The worst part of an anesthetic for me was in May when I woke up from my lipo talking complete nonsense and that exact moment while ranting on to the nurse when I realized what kind of rubbish am I coming out with…slightly embarrasing, but its not like I see her everyday is it!!! She didnt exactly look like she was paying much attention, im sure she gets to hear all about the pink elephants and green snowflakes everyday!!

I loved it lol. In fact when I woke up I kept repeatedly saying ‘I’m so sorry, im really sorry. I don’t know why this is happening.’ I was apologising cos I was convinced the anaesthetic hadn’t worked. Looking back on it ivthink it’s cos the last thing I remember thinking was worrying that I wasn’t being put to sleep. I’ve always been one of these people that thinks id be awake during the op.lol.xx

I loved it. Sexy Italian man took my hand and sent me to sleep. It was enjoyable. I want to have a ga everyday

rinaule.. i was same as u, sooo scared… let me tell u this… its bloody fab…. u dont know it happens its same as goin sleep at night. i remember goin a bit light headed and the nursed asked me a question about my work and that was it i was gone i didnt get to reply ha x

love it haha, i feel fine now i know its nothing bad! it was just one story i read where this girl woke up during the surgery some poop! and thats scared me ever since xx
