hospital checklist please post op girls?? ;) xx

i am in on thursday so just wanna check what i need to take with me, do we have to take any of the letters and paperwork stuff?? help plz girls don’t wanna forget anything xx

I took all my paperwork with me but wasn’t asked for anything. I’ve seen other girls asked for their consent forms, so probably best to take everything just in case.

I took:

V pillow

Pajamas

Dressing gown

Slipper socks

Zip up top

Button up top

Slip on trousers

Flip flops

Hotel booking confirmation

Hotel address

Hospital address

Paperwork

Pics of wanted look/ shape (for surgeon)

Details of size, shape, type etc wanted (for surgeon)

Last minute questions

Laptop

Book

Magazines

Ginger ale for trip back to hotel (eases nausea)

If you haven’t got one then your surgeon will prob bring it in for you to sign just before the op. That’s what Mr. K did with me
