    I’d say MYA 100 per cent but maybe I’m biased ;) x

Haha I’d definitely recommend Mya hun, my own experience with the Hospital Group at Consultation stage was really unprofessional and they were so desperate for my money that they tried to make me put a deposit down before my first consultation, even going so far as to say I couldn’t have a Consultation with putting £350 down and they will refund it after if I don’t like what I hear wtf!! also if you google them, they were successfully sued for negligence in the past…..x

Omg that sounds scary lol I just want to feel at ease around the surgeo! I hate pushy sales people it puts me right off xx

I went to the hospital group for a consultation in 2010 and they were so un proffessional , the pc & sergeon told me to completely different things about the op & recovery etc so I was like no way would I go there , Mya r amazing I’ve had two procedures done with them & cannot fault them xx

Well I had consultations with both too an both surgeons were fab both offerin me the same thing, the Pc at hospital group was lovely but she slagged out the other company’s which worried me cause I really liked Mya, but after speaking to my lovely Pc at Mya she put my mind at ease an I decided to go with Mya because of the lifetime aftercare and they had a very good finance option, hospital group I think it was 2 or 3 years aftercare xx

I have had consultations with both transform and mya hun, i was happy with both so still haven’t decided who to go with. I would defo say see more than one company, it won’t cost anything and at least you’ll get to hear more than one opinion x

    Menu

thats true, i might book and see them aswel. was there much of a price difference? those are the only two that im considering as ive not heard good reviews from others lol x

I went to see both Transform and Mya and decided to book with Mya. I was waiting 2 hours for my surgeon consultation at Transform and then wasn’t massively impressed with him, felt much more at ease with Mya but I would recommend going for a consult Anyway cos it could be the other way around for you xx

Im personally choosing MYA because of the surgeon of choice.

A good thing to take note of is that both the hospital group and MYA use the same surgeons in some cases so the quality of surgery wouldnt be an issue either way!

I had a really positive experience with the hospital group with my consultation, i felt at ease and comfortable in the surrounding. Another thing i enjoyed was meeting with the surgeon on first consultation. He made my expectations more realistic and it was nice to not have a ‘middle person’ between us. I also was able to try on the sizers (which was AMAZING may i add) so came away from the consultation feeling very happy and optimistic.

I personally felt uncomfortable to begin with at my first MYA consultation in Birmingham, i almost felt like the receptionist turned her nose up at me and my partner (Who fair enough, is heavily tattooed with a big handlebar moustache) but i did feel very self concious at first, and felt ignored. Though i must say when i went through to the personal consultant lady (I’ve forgotten her name but she was a DIAMOND!), she was very sweet and made me feel more and more comfortable and she was far more personable and apathetic :)

Both surgery groups advised me the same surgeons for what i was aiming for, though i personally would prefer Dr Singh, and for this reason im willing to pay that bit extra with MYA, despite the original feelings at the consultation :D

So if your worried about surgeons – dont be! Im sure many surgeons work for both groups. The difference’s you need to think about is how you personally feel, where you feel most comfortable and who you would trust more with your body and the image your hoping to recieve through surgery.

I have 3 friends who have all had surgery with different groups and they all speak so highly about the aftercare they recieved from all three, and i can tell you, all their results from surgery look fantastic.

I’d say to book a consultation with each choice of surgery group with an open mind, and see how you feel after each one :)

i have had mya and cannot fault them one bit! im 4 days post op now!

my friend had hospital group and is now 20wks post op .. shes had trouble with her incisions, and still hasnt seen her surgeon after op! now she played up to see him she has to go to london as thats where he is now – she lives in leicester.

she wishes she hadnt gone with hospital group and is putting a complaint in.

I had 10 consultations in total, two were with Hospital Group. I personally never had a problem with them, but I choose MYA over everyone for a few reasons. The main one being their amazing aftercare package. For example, look at the PIP situ at the minute-MYA are the only company I have heard of that is replacing them for free, every other company aren’t. That’s fab in my eyes. Xx

My best friend has worked at 3 different cosmetic surgeries and when i asked here where to go she said MYA straight away. She is someone who has seen the other side of it that we don’t see and she said I’m too special to her for her to not give me her true opinion. I totally trust her and after speaking to Wanda my PC then having a consultation with Mr Singh I’m having my BA in March and feel so excited about it.

But I agree with the other girls if you want to look around at different places do it because it is a big thing and you need to be sure you feel ring about it

BTW my friend doesn’t work in cosmetic surgery anymore so she has nothing to gain for telling me to use MYA

I had a bad experience when I went to the hospital group. Nothing was explained properly, they ran over 50 mins late for my appointment with the surgeon so as I was on my lunch at work they rushed me in and out and the whole consultation lasted ten mins. It was rushed and horrible. They didn’t offer me a follow up appointment or call me after. I was also shocked that the surgeon told me id need a nipple lift as I suffered with tubular breasts…after researching online I couldn’t understand this and when I saw dr kazazzi he was shocked they’d even said id need that! So my personal experience wasn’t very positive! Lol. Mya have been so amazing i can’t fault them! My pc was fab, everything was done professional, no delays or problems. I think there so professional and I felt so at ease with them when I talked through the door. I think you get the initial feeling as soon as you visit somewhere x

Def mya wouldn’t even waste my time goin to hospital group for consultations lol x

Mya for defo.. I have friends who went to transform, Harley med, and hospital group and all said never go to them they just treat u like there just after your money, where mya are really friendly and been there from day 1 with me. And all 4 of my friends have found out they have had PIPs and all company’s they used refuse to change them. One for them told her she broke them herself bk in 2006 then refused to change them for free… Took her 6,oaths then got them changed I think she had 5 re ops in all that one was haley med… Transform haven’t got back to my other 2 friends and either has hospital for the one… So I’m very glad I’ve picked mya… But that’s my personal option, I can’t fault mya… There amazing xxxx

MYA all the way. I had an intial consultation with Hospital Group a few years ago – they were so pushy!! And totally unorganised. They didn’t even have their own proper clinic in Newcastle, using an old ‘rent an office’ type building. Totally unprofesional! xx
