Hospital Medication – 2nd Reminder

Just had my second reminder in from the hospital for £9.95 for the meds. Did anyone find the outcome of this?

Still refusing to pay it.

Customer service at it’s best & super friendly!! I posted with my problem 45 mins ago, I got a reply from MYA 22 mins later and now my problem has been resolved.

I asked Karen about this when I got the registration form for the hospital and it was asking me how I wanted to pay.

I checked with my PC prior to my op and she confirmed that there should not be any bills at all, and to notify her if they do arrive. xx

Looks like the hospital is making errors MYA will sort it out girls dont worry,x

Will i get a refund then?

i got a second remind from them 2 and still waiting on my refund cause i paid £400 for an overnight stay but was a day case .

I would just send the bills to your PC and get them to sort it, I was given tramadol, omeprazole, dycafenac and antibiotics and didn’t get charged for anything. xx

My PC has left so its other people dealing with me now, been on the phone to them about the refund constlantly they must be sick of me lol, they say there chasing it up but its taking forever! will metion the charge for the meds when i call on monday. xx
