Hot under strapping???

My strapping feels hot underneath to touch it… And one boob or nipple not quite sure what it is feels sore and squishy…. Has anyone else felt like this? I’m so worried it makes it worse as you can not see underneath so how do you no everything I’s ok under there.? I’m freaking out!!! 🙁 xxxxxx
