Where is nice and comfortable to stay near the hospital where I will have a nice sleep after my op haha!! Well try! Xx
I’m looking for hotels nearby also! My op is friday and my admission time is 1pm so figuring my op won’t be until 3-4pm and I know I’m not the quickest at coming around from anesthetic! When is your op? Soon? xx
Hi ladies. I’ve had my Surgery this afternoon and I’m staying at the IBIS hotel Preston which is literally 3 mins from the hospital. It’s so convenient. It’s affordable, and the rooms are good enough with tv and lots of pillows. Good luck ladies xx
I stopped in the Samblesbury Hotel, it’s about a 10 minute drive but it was lovely and comfortable for after the op. X
Ahh amazing thanks girls this helps a lot, wishing you the best of luck with your ops and healing and mine is May 19th!!!! Xxx
Was about to suggest the ibis as well, mainly for convenience as it is literally across the roundabout & 30secs down the road from the hospital. There’s a premier inn etc in the city centre which’d be about a 15min drive. The ibis is straight off the motorway as well so really easy to get to x
@emmamarie1986 ive booked the samblesbury so my boyfriend can go to the gym/pool etc while I’m zonked out haha!! Thanks girls xxxx
Im Having my Surgery on Thursday and ive booked Wed and Thur night at the IBIS 🙂
Yeah that’s a good idea, my sister took me and we had food in the evening and it was delicious, hope all goes well for you Hun xx

I paid £60 for the night from a laterooms / booking.com / lastminute website!
