Hey hun. I had my op a few hours ago at Preston and stayed in the IBIS hotel last night. It was £59 for a double I believe and £8 ish for breakfast although I couldn’t have it as my admission was 8am. It’s literally 5 mins round the corner from the hospital too.
There’s a Marriot just around the corner too which is a bit more luxurious! I think those rooms are about £100 a night. Tonight I’ve chosen to stay somewhere a bit more luxurious and is called Farington lodge hotel. It’s about 15/20 mins from First Trust.
Your best bet is IBIS 🙂 cheap and cheerful! It also has The Phantom Winger fayre and square restaurant/ pub next door which is like a big barn and does nice, good priced food. Hope this helps! Xxx
