@mrssheppard2be I had this problem i attempted to do some housework a week after my Opp vacuuming washing up and did some clothes washing and that night my left boob was so swollen all the way up to my neck so I wouldn’t over do it to much to be honest I think It was the vacuuming that caused the problem xx

@mrssheppard2be I’d say it was about 2 maybe 3weeks before I could do housework as normal I could do a small amount but my mom had to come do abit of housework for me while my boyfriend was away for a week. If you start feel achy try a ice pack that should help 🙂 xx

@mrsingi it went well thanks the strapping comming off was SO painful i had tears in my eyes and seemed to take ages was such a relief to get it off though i feel i can breathe now and stand straight ?
She sniped my long stitches and cleaned my insisions i had a peek and couldnt believe how well i had healed. She then pt more dressings on the insions and said to keep them on for a further 3 days then soak them in water and remove them myself then i would be clear to shower ??
    How you getting on? Xxxx

I’m 4 days PO, I moved back home yesterday, it’s just myself and my 3yo son at home. I managed to change his bed sheet last night being very careful and do a couple loads of washing but left it at that. I moved slowly and carefully and I’m fine today. I think we just gotta be careful when we do stuff and only do the things that you definitely can’t ignore haha!
