How Accurate Is The Rice Test?

Just wondered if anyone knows how accurate the rice test is? Also should you measure in mls or grams?

hey i done it in grams, im not sure how accurate it is but they look huge with rice i think its because the rice is solid, if you know what mean xx

Thank you I did it in grams yday and was like WOAH, so thought I better check on here! Love the size that they were actually in the end so thought about taking my rice boobies with me to my next consultation, is this a silly idea? xx

It works better if youi put the rice in socks as it makes it easier to mold to shape, hope this helps

Lol think that’s a plan then. I went home last night and put the 340grams of rice into a measuring jug and it came out near enough 380ml so if it should be in ml then in theory I should probably take a look at both 340cc and 380cc implants. Guess that will be a discussion to have with Dr C though! x

hi i’ve been wanting to know the same, so if you take them tommorow let us know how accurate it is. as i have been told that it is accurate by one person then another say take 10% off the weight to give an accurate size really confused

Yeah I heard that too but I thought you should only take 10% off if you’re having unders? Soooo confusing! x

Hellooo , as far as i know you measure in grams hun, then put them into a sock/tight as nothing else gives them a good feel! lol! I took ten percent off as im having unders but you dont take anything off for overs. Ive been for my consult today with mr traynor very very happy been offered exactly what i wanted, 300/340/380 and i’m going for the 380s as thats what i wanted all along xxxx

That’s what I think I would like, 340ccs at the very least! I’ve really got my heart set on having E’s now so think that 380ccs will be most likely to give me them! What size are you hoping for and what are your stats if you don’t mind me asking? xxx

Course i dont mind. I’m 22yrs, 5ft7, size 8/10 on top, and a 34aaaaaaaaaaaaa- at mo.

I didnt think i’d get offered anywhere near 380 and so pleased i did!!

Apparently the cc is determined on the distance between your collar bone and your nipple as thats where he seemed to measure on me and said 380s would fit fine.

so thats what im going for xx

and i’m hoping for a full D xxx

Aww thanks hun, I bet you’re well chuffed then! I didn’t realise that about the collar bone and that, I’ll keep my eye out for him doing that! I’m 5’1″, size 6 about 7 stone 10 and a 32b so fingers crossed 380cc’s give me an E cos I’m only little lol It’s just so hard to know, it keeps on going round and round in my head! xx

i think you will def get offered 380s as you will have more breast tissue than me hun as i only have nipples lol xxx

Can I ask what your stats are at the moment; I saw from your post above that you are going with 340cc (is that overs or unders?)

im 5,2 size 8-10, 9 stone and 24 yrs old. im a B at the minute hoping to go to a small D. im not seeing surgeon til 23rd nov but i think i will be getting overs, i think being a B i might just have enough tissue. im seeing kazzazi at doncaster but im from newcastle. what r u getting hun? xx

I am a 34a at the moment but have been told I have enough Breast tissue to go over the muscle which is good

I have been offered 410cc HP overs, but when I did the rice test I thought these were too big… so I tried 380cc HP overs and I preferred them!

It is just difficult to decide because hard rice in your bra isnt quite as nice as a nice pair of soft boobies is it!! LOL

I would like to be a Full D/ DD… because I have been told fake boobies measure bigger than natural boobies.. so that might make me look more like a Full C/D

i think u will turn out a D with 380 overs. i did the rice test to, thought my 340s felt a bit heavy haha. they did look big on me so gonna discuss size a bit more with surgeon but def wanna be a small D x

Yeah I am going back to see my surgeon end of the month too so will try on all the implants again and make a firm decision (excuse the pun! )

I do think the rice must turn out a little bit bigger than the real thing though… cuz they just sit there dont they. You try to mould them into shape (which really hurts my natural boobs) but they will never sit as nicely as the real implant will they! So then I start thinking of going for the bigger implant…. I have boob greed already and I havent even had my BA!! lol
