how are yous all sleeping after BA?? any tips please Started by: danixx

    Had my BA wed and slept sitting up last nyt and can’t wait

    To sleep proply also finding it hard to get up out of bed

    Wake up every 2 hours through the nyt anyone got any tips to have

    A nice sleep :) x x x

    I had mine Tues … speak to your Gp .. I got a very mild dose of sleeping tablet and prop myself up with my general pillows and a v shape pillow over my shoulders to support my head. It’s not easy by far but I hope it helps x

    Hi Dani, have you got a v-pillow? It has been an absolute god-send for me! I am 2 weeks post op now and have started sleeping on my side, still doesnt feel very comfortable but I can’t take sleeping on my back any longer! For the first 4-5 days are the worst, although this is when I started to feel so much better within my self, as I stopped taking the co-codamol then too as it was making me sick. Bear with it I promise you it gets better!! You happy with your boobies anyway? xx

    Hiya thanks girls :)

    I woke up at 330am with the worst pain ever took

    Me till after 4 to get up :( tha pain is so bad

    But I know it will all be worth it :) I’m trying not to

    Go back to sleep and I hav a v pillow and 8 normal pillows

    That I use to prop myself up but I slide down a lil bit

    In my sleep and that’s the bad part even if I

    Hav pillows under my bum :( I’m happy with my boobs although

    Thy dnt look right yet can’t wait till it all

    hey i only slept upright for 2 nights but i used 4 pillows & a v pillow also put 2 pillows under my knees to make me have a knee break (if u know wot i mean) it helps from sliding down i do this with my patients some like it some dont worth a try tho :D
