how bads the pain with over ??

people who’s had a ba was the pain bearable or agaony ?? i know everyones diff but just wanna know how sum people felt xx

I had overs yesterday, were stinging a bit when I first came round but I think that was because I had drains. Honestly the pain is minimal and mostly just pressure. The most annoying thing is not being able to move your arms properly because it pulls a bit xxx

thaks 4 replyin hun im booked for the 24th with dr singh but am soo nervous about bein in pain …alot of peoples said its more pressure than pain x

I was uncomfortable rather than in any pain. Difficult to move about, sleep etc. Hips gave me more trouble! I wouldn’t describe it as pain, just a pain in the bum!!

i didnt have any pain at all. i was a bit stiff and tight on the wed n thurs n was ok by the fri and act feel human today. my op was last wed. everyones diff xx

My first ba it hurt to sit up it was a stinging sensation but that soon went but it did not hur to move my arms ..this ba I’m now nearly three weeks post op and had no pain at all .the plaster was more annoying and my skin felt tight and tender like it had been sun burnt and it did not hurt to move my arms or to sit up …we are all different ,but you will deal with it …and god bless the pain killers xx

No pain at all just felt like i did after a half marathon – stiff. Was also tight around chest like you’re being sat on by an elephant but no pain. I had uplift as well x

Hi Sara I had overs 7 weeks ago and can safely say my period cramp is a hell of a lot worse than my ba :p x

I had overs 7 weeks ago and it was uncomfortable until week 4 when the horrific sharp stabbing pains kicked in ( by that time I was out of pain killers and patacetomol just didn’t cut it lasted about 2 weeks but feel fine now xx

I wont lie…mine fkn killed! Ive got quite a high pain tolerance but my ba pushed me to my limit….i took s**t loads of painkillers and slept away the first week tbh. Everyones different tho babes as u can see xxx

Yeah i had overs hun. I was a 30A-B and im now a G wiv 525cc overs xx

I’ve normally got really low pain threshold but didn’t feel any pain. I’ve still got my painkillers as didn’t take hardly any so if I do start to get stabbing pains like Jade describes next week I’ll take my leftovers. Here’s hoping I don’t!

aww thats mad how peopl diff ive never had pain atall so dunno weather im low or high we soon will see ….its good though coz most people ive spoke to have said its much still and cant move than pain theres only bin about 4 or 5 people that said they had pain soo hopefully im like the others lol..xx

Im one day post op had mine yesturday. Pain isnt too bad it just hurts abit and pulls when you sit up around your scars but my boobs are numb, im taking my pain killers and antibiotics often but when they wear off its more uncomfortable, also try not to be stiff as it dont help just relax if you can.

Hi hun we all have to put ourself thro it but I will say i have had many operations im a mother of 4 but BA pain ouchh i had unders & i had like trapped wind around my heart it didnt have anything to do with ba but felt like i was having heart attack with it, also what might of made it worse for me is i have been taking tramadol for migraine that i sufferd for 8 yrs and thats a good pain killer for after your BA only i was immune to tramadol. but i can say now i love having a chest on me and it is worth it i will in time have a lot more. xx

I’m day 5 now & can’t believe how comfortable I am. I have twinges of pain in my incisions & it feels weird having an implant in my chest(which i’m sure I will get used to with time), but my main problem is with the strapping. It’s so tight & itchy, can’t tell what is the tightness of the implant & what is the tightness of the tape if that makes sense!!? Having it all off on saturday, was going to do it myself but worried about my boobs going wonky lol!!

I found that as long as I took my painkillers regulary( I took the max 2 tabs, 3 times daily) The discomfort was manageable, I even picked my 10 month old up for cuddles today & didn’t feel any discomfort. (I stopped painkillers today as don’t feel I need them anymore)

I think I have a low pain threshold too, as in childbirth I had as much epidural as they’d give me & i’m always a wimp if I hurt myself! I’m sure you will be fine sarxx, each day I feel tons better than the last already.

sarxx i didn’t have any pain with overs either its just more uncomfortable but even that doesnt last very long xxx

i have to admit i had mine done tuesday just gone, im achey as in around my armpits as if ive done too much weight lifting and my back at the top and on top of my shoulders are killing me!! so im just sat with a hot water bottle on them and OH MY GOD i am in heaven lol
