how big can i go?

I saw Mr Chantarasak today. I told him i wanted a natural look. Im a very small A hardly any breast tissue, and he said the biggest i could go was a 300cc under implant. I like the thought of going bigger but wasnt sure if he said that was my total limit or just because i said i wanted them natural looking! He said with a 340cc i may be able to see the edge of the implant so wouldnt look so natural. But seeing on here, some of you had A cups but have managed to get up to 460 unders. I am getting a little confused and need someone elses thoughts please. xx

I was an A cup and had 525cc overs. It all depends on the surgeon and what you ask for chick. Get a few other opinions if your in doubt bab xx

Ticky you mind if I add you? I am seriously considering going as big as I can after a lot of deliberation! I’m currently 32A/small B and I was told by a surgeon elsewhere that I could have 525s (if I really wanted to – I wasn’t sure of the conviction in his voice!) but I have no idea what they would look like! What surgeon did you have hun? xx

I measure an a but look more like aa and when I saw Dr Singh and told him I wanted natural he recommended 380 overs. When I asked if it was unders, he said if I wanted unders I could only have 300 but 380 over would look natural. If I don’t mind fake, the biggest I can have is 460 but I would be able to feel the implant so I decided to have 410 x

Belle, I like that he has offered you overs to make them look natural. I want really wanted overs yet an annoying surgeon elsewhere today told me unders would look more natural?!

I’m starting to think I need to pay Dr Singh a visit xx

I think most offer unders because they do tend to look more natural, especially if you have little or no breast tissue. I am so flat so was really surprised but pleased to be offered overs. Dr Singh is lovely and he will be honest with you and tell you what will look fake and natural x

Hi im new to this and just noticed this thread, ive been thinking the exact same about myself, ive been looking at a few profiles who have 525cc too and this is what im hoping to achieve or maybe a tad smaller. Ive seen people who have achieved it from ‘A’ cups and they have looked fab, I want mine to look natural but can tell they have cost me money, something between natural and the footballs under skin look if that makes any sense! Lol. Im confused on the over and unders too as ive read so many good and bad reviews on both so I cant seem to make my mind up! Im due my consultation weds, im excited but nervous that he may crush me by telling me I cant achieve the size/look im after as i only want the 1 BA! Did they show you any pictures to look at the different outcome with each different procedure? I may have to take my own as im being very specific on what i want! Lol xx

Hi sparklebabe. Definitely take some photos to show what you want. At your consultation, they will show you photos of the different sizes. From what you’ve said you want, I think you should see Dr Singh, if he can fit it in, he will. I don’t know what size you are but I am flat and can have up to 460 so you should be able to have 525 x

I had mr singh. I had something but by no means alot! In my pre op pic at the hospital my boobies look alot bigger than tgey actually were tbh. Ill accept you both now xx

hey ! just noticed this thread, do you girls mind if i add you? im in exactly the same position. 32 aa and went to see dr chantarasak yesterday and he told me that to look natural i should have a maximum of 300 under the muscle. he also said he could ‘fit in’ 340 but they might look more fake, and unders may also be quite spaced apart. god im so confused. it was so short as well, i was only in there talking to him for about 3 minutes…didnt really leave me feeling like my questions were answered xx

Just wanted to say that I also saw Mr Chantarasak, and he offered me 260cc overs or 300cc unders MAX.. I wasn’t very happy, so went and met Mr Singh who offered me 410cc overs! He was so much more talkative, and I felt like he really listened to me. I haven’t had my op yet- but just wanted to let you know that it may be worth seeing another Surgeon!
