How big can you go with an uplift?

Hi Ladies,

when you had your consultation with your surgeon did he/she say there was a limit on how big you can go with an uplift? I am VERY saggy DD at the mo, pretty much all skin to be honest (damn breast feeding to hell!!) My partner says if I am to pay nearly 6k for something I may as well get my monies worth lol (or rather ours) so wants me to go quite big, maybe a decent F cup.

If I had an uplift I was told I could have a max 340cc’s as they’d have to cut away most of my saggy skin, but Dr Singh is letting me have 700cc without uplift.

Think it all depends on surgeon & how much skin you have xx

hello nikibockerglory,i am booked for an uplift and ba with mario in 4 weeks and he said he wouldnt put in anything bigger than 300cc,im 36c at the min and hoping to be a d cup.he said the shape is first and size second.also if i had a bigger implant it would sag quite quickly which i dont want as paying so much lol when you have a consultation the surgeon will recommend a size for you.hope this helps xxx

hi Hun, I had an uplift with implants a week ago, I too was an empty d cup and told my surgeon I wanted to be a full D/DD, he said by time he did uplift id be around a b cup, I went for 390cc which he said would suit my frame and give me the size I wanted, although he would of let me go bigger if i wanted! anyway…I love them!! only a week post op but don’t hv too much swelling, went into la senza today as need to buy a proper cup sized bikini for my holiday in a few weeks and the girl in there measured me as 34dd/e!! if u want to see my pics message me on here with ur email as for some reason it won’t let me upload on here as pics all too big and I can’t figure out how to resize Xx

Hi I’m pretty much sane as katt17. Was empty 34d. Had 380 overs with Mr C but he would happily have dine 410s or bigger if I’d wanted. Think it all depends on how much skin you have. Only had them done Tuesday and hardly in any pain. Only taking 3 painkillers a day. Have couple of pics up if you want to add me. Will put more up as days go on and swelling goes down. X

I’ve had an uplift 6 weeks ago, and I am a G cup now hun, i had 325 inspira responsives and started a saggy D xx
