How can 525 & 460 overs AND 410 unders ALL have the same outcome of a d-dd!!!

Confused, i was offered all 3 and dr singh recommended the 410 unders for me. I just confused to how they would all give me a d-dd. Getting worried that the 410 unders wnt give me the size i want, dont wanna end up with a C

I asked if he could get the 460 in if i had unders and he said no as not enuff tissue, but im sure he cud of given me a tiny bit extra like 415 or something?? Is it too late now, as i go in friday!!!!

Who has offered you the other sizes then, and why don’t you go with the surgeon who offers you the biggest if that’s what you wanna go with?

Dr singh will be my surgeon, he has offered me all of those, the 525 overs looked stupid on me, he then offered me 460 overs or 410 unders….he sed prob with overs you can see the outline of the implant if i bend down etc so would go with the 410 unders, i dont want huge huge boobs but i do want the d-dd i asked for. xx

Mr singh will give u the biggest. He can only fit in what is possible. Its all on the frame size. 410cc on a size 6 would take u much bigger than if you were a size 14. etc. xx

oh really shazzy…..i am a size 6 on top so wud you say i will get a d-dd like what i asked for. i heard dr singh is great, and he loves big boobies so im hoping he will not make them any smaller than what i asked for lol

I’d go with the biggest, although the 410 may give you the D/DD measurement, they’ll probs look smaller.

The sizing is added onto your frame, if you add a ball onto a really tiny frame it’s going to look bigger and cup a bigger cup size than it would if you put it on someone huge where it’d be barely visible. Larger women would need a bigger implant to make a more drastic difference.
