how come i never got a breast band thing? does every one have to use one?

read a few ppl haven these but mostly girls with unders, i have unders but never got offerd one

i had under was told by nurse she would send one out but never!! i did alright without one lol

I think it’s surgeons preference to whether you use 1. I have 1 and hate it x

It is surgeons preference, I had unders with Singh but he just tapes everyone regardless of unders or overs xx

They push down on them. Meant to keep them in the pockets I think. I’ve been told to wear mine for the 1st week but hardly managing a few hours a day as its so tight I feel like I cant breathe and then I get panicky. It also rubs really bad. I’m trying to alternate it with my macom but macom feels so much better x
