how do dermatix sheets work??

started using them today.. i love how they feel on it feels like its protectin the scars from my bra they dont budge either!

but i dont get how it works..coz it says u can wash n reuse them. is ther not a gel on them that heals the skin which will wash off!? n theyd lose effectiveness?
