    Please can someone let me know if and how I can get my deposit back. I put £500 to secure the date of the 12th March with Mr Singh

    Hey babe, its probs best to contact Mya directly.. i think that its only at their discretion to refund you though as deposits arent usually refunded 🙁 u not getting your boobies done then now? xx

    I just don’t feel confident. I have been trying to contact them over the last few weeks just to ask simple questions and no one seems to get back to me. Then when I say about cancellation they email me. I am worried about post op care. I have found a surgeon thats registered on the BAAPS website who I am seeing tomorrow.

    oh ok… well just a bit of ressaurance… when you have your op, afterwards you get a 24 hour emergency number and you can call that at any time.

    A lot of celebrities go with Mya thats why i decided to choose them as I thought that people that can afford any amount money choose them so it must mean there good.

    That BAAPS thing, my surgeon wasnt on there i dont think, singh, and he did mine last wednesday (Add me and see pics) 🙂 i am soo happy and he was great. His done over 20,000 boob augmentations he told me approx and is internationally known i believe.

    Also, i found that getting hold of people before the op was a bit slow but afterwards ive been extremely happy. ive had someone call me like twice so far (in 5 days) and check im ok and i can call the 24 hour number whenever i have a query if Mya is closed (out of hours).

    Hope that reassures you a little… plus my time in hospital was exceptional, A+++++ service. I dont think you would have anything to worry about, especially with Singh. He is really experienced thats why i chose him 🙂

    plus generally the people on the phone are just receptionists etc, so when you go for consultations and meet your surgeon its easier there, i asked lots of questions at that stage.. xx

    I have paid for my whole op (which is next week) and now i don’t feel confident in them. I was hoping to change from CUI to natrelles which my PC told me i could at an extra cost and would have to see the surgeon again, but when i’ve tried to ring there’s been no answer and when i responded to her email this morning I have no answer.. It’s weird though cause you would think wth extra money being involved they would get back to you as soon as possible and also the fact my ops in just over a week! I’ve been more than happy with everything upto now though its a shame!

    I am just glad I refused to pay until my PC had answered my questions so if all I have lost is £500 im happy. and celebrities are going to be well treated – i can’t go by how celebrities are treated to how i will be as they will always be treated differently to the average person.

    i wasnt saying about how they were treated, i was just saying they choose mya so thats why i went with them..

    Just to clarify, these D list celebs i.e ex towie cast don’t pay to have them done through MYA…they get the procedures done for free in exchange for endorsing the company!

    I’m just not going to bother messaging my PC anymore and wait til she gets back to me, if that’s not until it’s too late to order the natrelles then so be it they are losing out on the money not me I am still going to have implants at the end of the day so sod it! Just annoys me how I feel like cheeky to ask stuff and like I am a pain to them when at the end of the day it’s my body and health I shouldn’t feel like I am pestering.

    Yes, well said Zoe, celebs get it for free, it’s just PR and more money for MYA. Try phoning the 24hr nurse for aftercare. You get an answer machine and over 24hr wait to see a nurse an hour away, which in an ’emergency’…….

Hope you are well though and am annoyed to hear they have removed your post I commented on re rhinoplasty. Do not agree with it at all!!! I work in a law firm and my husband is the managing partner and my god he would have a lot to say on the matter!

    Have you got the information pack that Mya gave you @charlotte when you had your consultation?
    I think it mentions about refunds in their! Think it’s only a short period of time you get from meeting with your surgeon?!
    Am sorry to hear you girls are having trouble getting in touch with your PCs etc 🙁 this does seem to be a problem some were with communication!
    If you want the Natrelle implants @amy they should be more than happy for you to order them, seems strange! Hopefully they will get in touch with you guys ASAP! Fingers crossed girls! Let us know how it goes xxxx
    Ps just to let you know I am 3 weeks post op, and can say my experience with mya so far has been brilliant! Xxx

    In your patient information guide… Under fees and payment,

    ‘Please note any fees paid prior to your consultation with the surgeon are fully refundable during the 7 day “cooling off” period after the consultation with the surgeon.’

    Fee & Payment Terms;
    ‘Any deposit paid before a consultation with MYA surgeon is refundable. After the consultations with MYA Surgeon, the deposit becomes non-refundable, unless cancellation of the procedure is made in accordance with the cooling off period…’

    I’ve managed to speak to my PC eventually but basically she said she’s waiting for head office to let her know how much I am to pay. But of miss communication there it would just be nice to be informed and kept in the loop about stuff haha x

    Hey,

    I know what you mean about lack of communication, its very frustrating. My sister had a rhino and BA in January and has had an amazing experience however she did say her PC was very slow in getting back to her. I am now 2 weeks away from my op and am experiencing slow responses from my PC but I just keep sending emails and calling and then she gets back to me.
    My sister had problems and actually called a different location and asked to change her PC because she was so slow getting back to her and after that she was treated like royalty.
    Too be honest I think the PC’s take on too many clients which isn’t there fault but managements fault, however I do think its a great company and the care my sister has received has been amazing which is why I am having my procedure with them xxx
