How do I know what size sports bra to get?

Hi my op is in 3 weeks and I don’t know what sports bras to get :s I’m having 500cc Mr Traynor x

What size did you tell him you wanted to go?? I got an f as that’s what I told him I wanted and it fitted perfectly.. Also go a back size up to allow room for swelling xx
