Hi girls, this is a really random question but something id like to know;
I’m quite a proactive person and spend a lot of time training and working out,
I’m aware that I can’t restart training fully again until 6weeks po so I’m bound to gain a few pounds especially with recovery being over the Christmas period .. What I would like to know is does anyone know how much Aprox the implants weigh (I’m having hp 425cc) .. How will I distinguish the difference after of actual weight gain and how much the implants weigh.. IM used to being around 8 and half stone .. With the implants will I not realistically be this weight again? (This is fine if my figure remains the same visually) I just want to know as I don’t want to panic thinking I’ve put on lots of weight of the implants weigh a subsequent amount .. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance x
Good question actually. This is something I have been keen to know myself.
I have 550cc implants and mine weigh about 1 1/2lb each one so about 3lb weight gain in total. I feel like ive put on weight elsewher since my op. Im 5 weeks po almost and cant bloody wait to get fit again!! X
Well 425cc will be 425g per implants so that’s not really too bad chick you need to change it line to to lbs x
Thanks so much girls I’ve just converted that @alex and it’s just under a pound!
Surprising but happy for some reason I thought they’d weigh a few pounds and just wanted to be sure so can keep on top of weight gain during recovery (dreading it!) although I’m going to try my very best to eat as healthy as possible over Christmas ..
How soon after can I partake in light exercise like walking and leg weights etc does anyone know?
Thanks a lot girls!
X
Hey Hun I had my op 2 weeks ago and I still weigh the same 7st 2 ..but I think it’s because I’ve lost muscle since I’ve stoped training I did a lot of weight training prior to my op.. However went back to the gym today and did a light leg session so hopefully will be back to my usual size so will probs gain a couple of pounds
Ahh that’s good @tashat so 2 weeks po and you are ok to go back to gym? (Light works obviously) yea that’s what I’m trying to do just as much exercise as possible beforehand .. I’m so glad it doesn’t make too much different to weight as woulda drove me insane trying to distinguish the difference between the two.. So now if I do gain a few pounds I know it’s because I hvent trained .. Can’t use the excuse of the implants Haha .. Really not forward to not going to the gym 🙁 x
It’s so funny I was did think they would weight more I think if we all think outside the box instead of looking at the big numbers which make you think that the implants sizes sounds bigger than wot they are xx
It’s not even the number that made me think it would be heavy, it was when I tried them on and hd them in my bra they felt heavy.. But hey I’m holy they’re not as heavy as expected 🙂
@Tashat….OMG you made my day by saying that you did a light leg session 2 weeks after the surgery….I love weights and cant simply imagine nor training at all for 6 weeks especially working in the fitness industry as well…..how did it go? My op is in about 36h eekkk Hope you dont mind the add x
@rebecca well when I went to my one week post op the nurse said I was able to resume lower body workouts so I thought id wait untill I felt 100% better and at 2 weeks post I can say it was awesome being back at the gym did slow incline walk followed by leg session using ankle weights and resistant ..@karolina trust me Hun I know how u fell I was panicking prior to my op of the thought of not training. As I train 6 time a week heavy weight training … I was fine Hun I felt perfectly fine and managed to break a good sweat only and had no pain what so ever … My glutes however are feeling the pain lol
Sorry Hun rejected it by accident but I have sent u a request … Oh really aren’t u excited!! … Trust me Hun u will b fine … I had no pain what so ever through out my ba experience .. The only day I had pain out of the whole 2 weeks was day 5 when the nerve were repairing other then that it has been a good experience so far lol xxx
@Tashat yes very exited but nervous as well at the same time. I was killing myself at the gym for last couple of weeks….since I knew that my BA is coming……well my gluts are absolutely dead right this minute since I did GVT (German Volume Training) today squatting 45kg 100 reps ouchhhhh lol You post made me literally smile :))) Thanks hun xxx
I’m ok literally counting down the days now! Next weekend I’ll be like you’ve been this weekend running around trying to get everything ready and organised ! Keep thinking of things I need to take with me buy etc but then forget so should write a list really lol.. Bet you can’t wait it’s so close now !! Xx
