How do surgeon's do a re-aug on a ba with uplift?? and does it cost alot more?

I was just wondering, as in the future i may have another baby, so my nice new boobs n uplift will probably drop. So how would they put the implant in?? would they just slice open the nipple again and do it that way?? as i already have a scar roud my nipple and down? anybody an idea??? and how much would it be about???. I paid £5,500 for uplift and ba so surely it wouldnt be as much as this?? XXX ta

i paid 5600 with THG for my uplift and re-aug. they took the ruptured implants out from underneath….i think thats the normal procedure. my underneath scars are about teo and half to three inches long….but who the hell is gonna stick their head right under my boobs and see lol!! they sit right in the crease anyway
