How do you check for lumps for breast cancer with implants in??

i was just wondering! ive had a ba and uplift but how do you check for lumps!!! just to be safe XX

good question, something i thought about also, aswell as breast feeding.

I know that it doesnt affect breast feeding.. they wont say you WILL be able to breast feed because some women naturally cant, but BA doesnt affect it, thats what my PC said
