how do you do the rice test??

hey ladies was.. I am going to try out the rice test but a bit unsure how to.. how do you measure I am hoping to have 410cc so what is that in rice??

Just weigh 410g of rice and put the rice in some tights, do the same for each boobie Have fun and try not to spill it all over the floor! xxx

Hi there, you need to measure out 410ml of rice and even then it doesn’t exactly give you a true size as I’ve found out today when I tried the implant in a bra!! Good lick xx

dvadeb is right its not grams lol it’s ml. i made that mistake before i had my ba n it was soooo wrong- 50grams looked like my pillow lol. my pc- amy corected me, implants are measured in volume.

so ML = CC, so for example i have had 365cc implants so to try that out you would pour 365ML into some tights (use a measuring jug to guide you, as it doesn’t spill). I found it such a useful way to try out different sizes and make up my mind on size. i’ve had my ba now and i’m glad i used that test as a guide lol.
