how do you do the rice test ???

can some one tell me how to do the rice test please xxx

fill a sock with rice weight it out i think 10oz of rice is 300cc and 1oz is around 30cc so just keep adding more to reach the size you want to test xx

The implant size is equal to that amount of rice in ml, so if you fill up a pyrex jug with rice up to 340 ml you’ve got 340cc implant weight, throw that rice into the foot of a pair of tights or a food bag and put in a bra and then you can see if that size is what your after

I wouldnt do the rice test!! as i tried it and it makes you look a lot bigger than what you end up!. if you do try it, you need t imagine them a bit smaLLER as the implant is right inside anyway XX
