Can anyone recommend where they got their sports bra’s for recovery from? Also, how do you know what size to get? I’m going from a B cup with 410s so really not sure what to buy x

I got a macom from the macom website just type it in google hun, its the best one size wise as it expands to what ever size you go to, just got to get the right band size, I bought the same band size as I was before and it was fine with the swelling as had a good bit of give in it :) but if you want to go for an asda one or something then Id say get a few diff sizes to be on the safe side :) xx

Thanks for your advice, I’ll have a look on the macom website then. I’ve heard loads of people talking about them but i’ve gone with Mr Traynor and he said not to bother with it? That’s what I was worrying about as well with the swelling. Thanks for your help x :D

hya hun, i was wonderin the same im havin dr T and 410 unders.. i just bought a couple of tesco ones ( not pretty at all haha) 34 DD ones x

Hi susie, I didn’t realise tesco did them – all the supermarkets are pro-boob jobs aren’t they! Mr T recommended asda to me, it sounded like he was on commision! I can’t imagine they will be very pretty. I’m not bothered while I’m at home but when I’m at work I don’t really want to look like I’ve got a crop top on! Suppose it’s unavoidable really though x

Ooh right thanks, il maybe go for dd then or just go for a macom too for a safe bet. I want to buy one now even though my op isn’t for another 7 weeks to remind myself that it’s happening! X

I was told to buy m&s high impact bra no underwire at the size my surgeon was taking me to which was 34d I was also asked to buy one size above 34 dd. I didn’t need dd in the end so returned and swapped for 34d. The high impact ones are plain but very comfy £20 each. I only have two and hate the feeling of waiting for it to dry and feel lost being without it lol. Has become part of me!!!! ;)

I’ll definitely have a look at those, that sounds like what I’m looking for just something plain that you can hide under tops etc. Thanks for your help everyone. I’m sure I shouldn’t be this excited about bra shopping and can’t believe that I’ll not be a B anymore in about 7 weeks! x
