How do you see people's pictures

Hi everyone, its been a couple of years since I’ve been on the forum and some things have changed, how do you view people’s pictures, do you have to be friends first ?

I’m currently waiting to find out if I have pip implants so looking at different sizes as if I do need to have them replaced would like to go a little bigger than I am now, I think I had 200 cc 9 years ago but that size seems small compaired to some people so would be interested to see the difference in size.
