How do you work this forum I get sooooo confused!!

Is it me just not knowing how to use the forum or do you all have to search through all the topics and try and remember what you left comments on? it is driving me mad ha x

Me too i don’t find this very easy to follow. Plus I can’t find anything on facelifts, its all boob jobs !!!
