how does rippling happen?

is it if you go to big or something? when i saw dr s , i did ask but either cant remember or didnt get it…lol i prob didnt get it,,,lol..

anyone shed light for me….

also do you get stretch marks of you go relay big,or is it just one of those things… confused .com.xxx

IS it not if u have thin skin and a big ish implant u can feel the implant (obv its not 100% filled) so when u move u feel the empty bit “ripple” in the implant.

Usually u feel it in ur cleavage xx
