How far in advance can you book surgery?

Hi Girls!!

I really want to book up my BA, as I really want something to aim towards!! I don’t have all the money yet, and wondered if i’d be able to book a date for July/August time?

Any feedback would be great!

I went for my consulatation last sat and i said i was looking to have it done in September after ive finished paying off my car, and i was gunna start saving from april till then and put a deposit down so im in same boat rli! if u book in advance do u recon that would be classed as 1 of these late space thingys? x

Ah cool, so you’re saving too!

I dont think it would be classed as a late space.. i think that applies if u can be flexible on date, and i’m sure i read that they give u about 2 wks notice of something? Not 100% though!

Im going this sat back to Leeds to see Helena the lady surgeon hehe, not really heard much about her but got her and mr kazzazi reccomended so il have to see. but last sat the woman said to me that u can put as little at £200 deposit down, and then keep paying little amounts liek that a month and then start the 0% finance over 12months which is what i was wanting to do, but i didnt get if she meant pay £200 get them dun keep giving them little amounts a month and then start my 0% finance for 12 months in september- i was confused! so think im gunna have to ask again properly on sat! x

Hi Pinkbutterfly, have you had your first consultation or seen a surgeon yet? I met up for the first consultation and met surgeon in Jan and have booked for April so thats 3 months but not sure if you can book up 5-6 months ahead because so much can happen in that time. i.e your size etc. Have you been onto the mya facebook wall and posted a comment because mya will then post back to you? And a late space is not booking a date and letting them phone you if someone has cancelled. So they could ring you this week and your surgery could be next week. It also depends what surgeon you have and where you have your surgery as there’s not many people that cancel last minute x

oh so if you tell them just get back to me when a space comes available that when ud get the late space deals etc x

Helena Grob yeh? I havent heard much about her either to be honest! Ive heard lots about Kazzazi though! Few girls on here sing his praises!

I went to my consultation in November, and saw Dr Chantarask. My PC has left now though, so im getting in touch with another PC, and gonna ask her about other Surgeons as im not sure about what size i was offered.

I got declined for Mya’s finance, but apparently they do new packages now.

What stats are u hun? And what size do u want to be?

Yes, ive had 1st consultation, and seen a surgeon- but i do want to see another surgeon really, just to see if i get offered another size!

Well saturday i saw transform and MYA and a surgoen was at transform at the time and i let him have a luk and he told me i was a 34B (i got measured at la senza as a 32d god knows how they got it so wrong!!) and im wanting to get up to a dd/e im 5’7ish size 10-12 and 10st.11lb and he said about 360-380cc to look natural, but think am gunna go with MYA didnt rli like transform and how they explained things! so hoping on sat il get more info from helena, i like the sound of 410cc tho xx

Yeh, La senza aren’t that great with measuring!! They told me 32a/30c.. strange!

Yeh, i wouldnt mind being a D/DD. Dr C offered me 260cc overs/ or 300cc unders. I dont want unders cus of healing time and pain!! But some girls have said i would be a C cup- and i want to be bigger really! Im 5’3, size 6-8, and about 7st 11lb.

Hi Laura, yeah thats right. Im not sure if you can book months and months in advance and then if anything comes up in between they can ring you or you don’t book and just sit and wait for that phone call which could be ages. Personally I couldn’t do that because I can’t be flexible and need to know what im doing and when. Although the £250 off would of been nice. Pinkbutterfly Im guessing stats etc you wanted from Laura. Didn’t wanna come across rude and ignore you if it was me you were asking. lol x

Well yeah £250 off would be nice lol, il have to ask a bit more on sat i didnt rli kno what to ask last week!

Yeah you would be maybe a C if theyve told me 380 from a B to a DD/E. I dnt kno tho its all really confusing! ive bought some rice last nite so gunna have a go at doing these rice boobies and see with those in hehe x

I done the rice test the other nice!! he he! I wasn’t to sure.. but i only stuck it down my top for a minute. Might try again!

Hi ladies, Im glad I found this post as Im in a similar situation! I’m looking to have my ba July/August and keen to have my first consultation in march whilst ive got some holiday from work..do you think this is too soon?

Im 5′ 6″, 9st 2lb, currently 34C (I think im a ‘b’ cup) and looking to go up to D/DD cup.

Do the different clinics (Mya, Transform) use the same surgeons? I guess its good to ‘shop around’ and get a few different opinions??

My friend is gona have hers done this April n the dates arent ready yet to book. I think she was told they do upto 12 weeks in advance. x
